Touratech Windscreen

The Touratech windscreen is a much bigger and taller screen then BMW’s original and helps to protect the rider from wind, rain and unwanted turbulence. The windscreen is very simple to install by using the same screws and mount as from the original windscreen.
Its simplicity makes it a good alternative for the adventure riders, as it’s affordable and not so much that can go wrong with it, no adjustments, hinges, or movable joints that could fail. It protects the rider well from the wind and is much more comfortable on longer tour, especially in higher speed, in comparison to the original more sporty screen.

We are both very happy with the windscreens and if we would buy new screens today we would most certainly go for these again.

Pros:

• Good protection from wind, rain and turbulence
• Easy to mount
• Reliable
• Affordable

Cons:

• No adjustments, i.e. it’s not possible to fine-tune it individually. One size fits all.
